Three Trustee seats on the Village Board are up for election in 2015, along with seats on the boards the Park District of Oak Park, Oak Park Public Library and both Oak Park public school districts - elementary school District 97 and high school District 200.
Nominating petitions for the Village, Park and Library boards may be filed between 8:30 a.m., Dec. 15 and 5 p.m., Dec. 22 in the Office of the Village Clerk, in Village Hall, 123 Madison St.
Individuals who wish to run for the school boards should contact those governmental offices directly for information on qualifying to be on the ballot and petition filing procedures.
