The vaccination rate among employees at Village Hall exceeds 80 percent, but breakthrough cases have persisted, prompting the decision to continue limiting public access to the building out of an abundance of caution, Village officials said.
The Police lobby in the lower level of Village Hall will remain open and police officers will remain on duty, but many employees will be working remotely.
A wide range of routine municipal services that do not require a visit to Village Hall are available online via links at www.oak-park.us/onlineservices, including construction permits, business licenses and parking permits.
