FACE- IT (Families Acting Collaboratively to Educate and Involve Teens) is a family oriented program offered through Youth Services of Oak Park Township to help families deal with issues around alcohol and substance abuse.
The program uses an evidence-based educational approach to prevention and early intervention for teen drug and alcohol use. FACE-IT teaches and encourages skills for goal setting, communication and healthy relationships.
Now in its fourth year, the program has proven to be a helpful family and community resource, opening doors having difficult conversations and work through many of the challenges of today’s youth.
