The Oak Park - River Forest (OPRF) Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Community Health and Wellness Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 23 at FFC Oak Park, 1114 Lake St.
The Oak Park Health Department will be among the more than 70 local health and wellness professionals on hand providing a wide range of health screenings and services during the free event.
The health department’s mobile response van will be on site offering free COVID-19 testing. Visitors to the Health and Wellness Fair will also be able to learn more about other initiatives and services offered by the Oak Park Health Department, receive a blood pressure screening, and pick up some great giveaways that promote a strong and healthy community.
